Fantastic Restaurant!
The dining experience at Cassia Hill was excellent! The food was delicious and beautifully presented. I had to try the fry jacks for breakfast, and they were heavenly. Each night featured special meals that were absolutely mouthwatering. It truly felt like a culinary adventure enjoying such fresh ingredients.

Cozy Accommodations
I stayed in a newly decorated room that offered everything I needed. The room was spacious and had a lovely view overlooking the gardens. It felt like a home away from home, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The addition of a hammock on the porch made it even better!

Beautiful Pool Area
The infinity pool at Cassia Hill was the highlight of my stay. It was beautifully designed and provided a serene spot to unwind after a busy day. I lounged by the pool while enjoying drinks from the bar, taking in the stunning views. It was the perfect place to relax and soak up the atmosphere.

Great Entertainment Options
I loved that the room had a brand new TV with Netflix access. After long days of adventure, it was nice to relax with a movie in the comfort of my room. It was a great way to unwind and enjoy some downtime while still being able to stay connected during my vacation.

The resort offers a wonderful experience with beautiful grounds and a warm welcome from the staff. The spacious cabins made for a comfortable stay, and the dining options, while tasty, could be improved in terms of service speed. While the facilities, like the small pool, provide a nice touch, Wi-Fi can be inconsistent in some areas. Overall, it’s a great spot for an adventure, just a bit lacking in some dining efficiency.

While the food served was delicious, there were instances of slower service and meals being lukewarm due to the distance from the kitchen.

I loved the privacy of the separate bungalows, though the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty. The food was excellent, especially the breakfast options, but some facilities could use a little maintenance.

Cassia Hill Resort offers an adventurous experience with its charming wooden cabins set on a hillside, ideal for exploring Belize. The restaurant serves high-quality meals that surpassed my expectations, and the service was both warm and attentive. However, my stay was marred by maintenance issues like inconsistent hot water and Wi-Fi access, which I felt did not justify the price.
Rooms

The rooms are unique wooden cabins nestled in the hillside, which gives a sense of adventure. However, while they were spacious, my experience with hot water was disappointing.

The hotel features beautiful grounds and a nice infinity pool, making it a pleasant place to unwind. However, the dining experience leaves much to be desired, as food options were limited and not very tasty. While the bungalows are charming, the service could be better, especially in handling group dining situations. Overall, it's an okay stay, but some improvements are definitely needed.
Rooms

Dining was hit or miss; we had some dry and poorly executed meals, and service took too long.

I had a wonderful time at Cassia Hill! The staff was incredibly welcoming, going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The infinity pool was stunning, and the lush surroundings made for a relaxing atmosphere. While the restaurant was slightly pricier than local options, the convenience and quality made it worth it. The only downside was that it wasn't as close to town as I'd hoped.
